Fraud email from paypal?

It's a fake.
One thing I noticed about Paypal emails is they'll open up with "Dear Jason Brown" or something like that. The legit ones will use your full name. They pretty much never say "Dear Paypal member" or "Dear valued Paypal customer."
But if in doubt, forward the email to spoof@paypal.com and let them sort it out.

At times when I'm bored, I goto those websites and type in under the username/password stuff like 'eatme/blowme' or 'hahayournot/gettingmypassword'

It says paypal.com but if you mouse over it, you see it points to yahoo.com
