I suppose it could be labelled a small business but they seem to have a high flow of work that runs thru the place. I would guestimate between 40-80 people work there, give or take a few. I know they arent worried about money... my friend said he works 60-80 hours a week all optional on him. I visited their website and I only saw 3 listings of contacts... Sales, Art Director and Customer Support. I would suppoes I would contact the customer support to try and locate the AP??

Another update... so I got to the point where I had to contact their AP. She said she had recieved no invoice with my name on it... while on the phone she IM'd the art director who is supposed to be taking care of this whole situation. He replied back with "You dont have it?" OSLT. So she told me to fax it to her and she writes checks on Weds and Thurs of this week so it should be sent out real soon. Something tells me I should call her back to make sure she got the faxed invoice and that there arent any issues that I need to be aware of. I really do not trust this art director guy. At this point should I go ahead and contact a lawyer, just to be ahead on things?

1) I would follow up with her to see if she received your fax and 2) on Wednesday (as you still have Thursday to call again) asked her what the status is on your payment and get a check number. Tell her that if you don't get a check by the end of this week you will take legal actions against their company.
