Status Report:

I F*%#ing chickened out!!









Yesterday, when I was at her house, I tried. Our sisters were on the computer and she was upstairs alone, so I decided to give it a shot. I went up, found her reading, but she was in a pissy mood. I almost started, but then I blanked out. I was going to try today, but there was never a chance


I might see her tomorrow again...

 

I wish I was your age again. Youth is so exciting.

BTW, I chickened out on a girl when I was your age. For about the same reasons. Looking back, I wish I would have just asked nicely for some time to tell her how I felt for her.

I'm thinking EVO isn't married and wont be for some time. I could be wrong, but don't think so.

I held out (more fish in the sea) until I was 26. I've been married for 18 years. I still think of what I should have done @ 15.

Find the time and ask her for some of your time. Even if it fails, you will not have to worry about this anymore, and we can go back to reading "I just got a new S2K" threads .

On a slightly different note, tonight I went to the wedding reception for "the one that got away" that I mentioned previously. I have honestly never seen her happier, so I guess I'm actually ok with how it turned out.

Colin, don't think that you chickened out. You need to keep your eye on what is most important here...finding a time when she is receptive to hearing what you have to say. You can't force it. Just be prepared to take advantage of the opportunity when it shows itself. You can do it!

 

The thing that works best for me is to just be calm about and be yourself. Let whatever happens happen.
