I just found the MadCatz makes both a universal AND an Xbox specific wheel. The xbox specific version does have a memory card slot for the headset.

If you already registered your XBL subscription, then I would reccomend getting Rainbow Six 3. It comes in two versions. The game is the same, but one comes packaged with a headset. It is a military themed first person shooter/strategy game. You play one of a 4 person team sent in to tactically deal with a terrorist threat. WAY WAY WAY cool game.

I don't dare buy Rainbow Six 3. Between football and racing, I spend waaay too much time on xbox as it is.

Jimi Hendrix, what is your name again? As you can see, my memory isn't nearly as good as yours.

Pete.

RS3 is very cool though. C'mon man. Everyone's doing it!

If EA ever makes Madden playable over Live, I will be in trouble for sure. As it stands though, I have no interest in Fever or 2k3/4.

I was reading at the xbox forum today that they had a bug in the hardware. They are shipping corrected units now, and older units were being swapped out.

edit: I am referring to the MadCatz steering wheel.

Thanks.

I suggest renting 2K4 and trying it online.

Well, I beat American Muscle finally! That was the WORST class. The cars were hard to control, and the opponets were VERY aggressive.

I have been going through the whole game on silver, but I finally had to admit a level of defeat and beat the last challenge on bronze.

I beat all but the last three challenges in supercar in about two hours! I spent about two weeks on American Muscle!
