Wait till you get the Z06 (if you buy it) the brakes are amazing.

Penforhire, what is the deal with the delfino force?
It does not show as available for me to buy (red circle).

The same thing happened with the Ferrari GTO in the classics. I did not bother then but now it I am wondering why.

I am at rank 27 with 339k points, 15 Silver, 60 Gold and 14 Platinum.

Any ideas?

OK. I worked it out. Did a search on the Xbox forums.... You have to finish the whole series before you can buy those 'special' cars.

I FINALLY FINISHED!!

After the shitty time I had in the american muscle I decided to lower my standards so that I could get to the end and unlock the special cars.

So I went ahead and played for silver in the next two categories, bronze the next to and steel the last three.

To my surprise I only 'earned' the Delfino force!!... because I finished in steel.... bummer...

Here are my totals:
Rank 37
Steel 43
Bronze 4
Silver 36
Gold 73
Platinum 16

Kudos points 520k
Kudos coins 183

That last race: The whole Nurburngring (??) was a hoot. I mowed the lawn a good 12 times. Spun twice and skidded a lot. I did manage to finish 1 minute 26 seconds in front of the second car.... :-). That was with the Enzo. That is one fast car. It was the only car I managed to lap the whole field in any street race (steel level) in the first try.

I may take a break for a few days... I think I am just about overdosed on PGR2!

P.S. when is the next online session?

Nurburgring is great. There's still a few turns on that track I suck at. You can earn easier cars to drive than the Enzo (e.g. GT1 and CLK) but I've seen a few really well-driven Enzos keep up or pass.

I've been seriously addicted to Rainbow Six 3 on Live, and spent most of last week running through Deus Ex:Invisible War, which I liked but for some reason it didn't feel as awesome as the first Deus Ex on the PC. Maybe it didn't break any new ground?

I've got a sad story to tell you people.

I have a chipped Xbox. one time I went online and I forgot
that my chip was on, "OWNED!", my serial and account
was banned. I was like, sh!t, I was so stupid!.

So, I just recently got another xbox, a second one.
Since I have a modded one already, I am keeping this one
clean.

I am letting you people know, please dont forget to turn
of the mod, when you get want to go online.

One the good side. My Xbox is got the works.
I download all of the games and burn them onto DVD.
I also have all of the emulators. I have like over 5000+
games. This sh!t is daBomb.

I went clean and pulled out my modded chip. Unfortunately, it didn't let me go online because I ruined the motherboard. The mod chip didn't have an on/off switch. Was able to recently sell this for $140 on ebay, so it only cost me $30 for a new xbox.

So now I have a 120gig HD of Xbox, atari, NES, SNES games.

I've been playing Top Spin quite a bit, but about to go back to PGR2

Why does MS care if your box is modded? And what does the modding do?

Allows you to bypass the bios and "unlock" your hard drive. You can then run games off of your hard drive.

I would go onto newsgroups and download games for free, along with renting them and copying them onto the xbox.

But it was so much nicer to not have to get up and change disks.
