The interesting thing about this study was that no car was driven to test the rollover-proneness. IT was strictly based on centers of gravity, weight and physical calculations to determine how rollover-happy the tested cars are/would be.
It's certainly a HELLUVA lot cheaper to perform a test this way since you don't have to destroy a bunch of cars...BUT...I also think that there are other factors that play into how prone a car is to rollover.
Nonetheless, it was awesome to see another of Soichiro's jewels atop yet another list!

I thought the following quote in the article was choice:

"But if you talk about overall safety, SUV's look pretty good compared to a lot of other vehicles. Rollovers aren't the only way one can injure themselves."
He got that right. For example, you can really injure yourself in one of those "other vehicles" by getting hit by an SUV.
