Update:

Recieved the phone couple days ago.

used it in Arcadia/Pasadena/Temple City/San Gabriel/Downtown Los Angeles Area/ and other surrounding cities.

Reception seems to be the same as Verizon (work phone)

Overall I am happy with the savings.. and I do have 30 days to return the phone and opt out of the contract with no fee.
