yea i know leaving my phone was wrong but i dont think i should have got fired for it? ive been parking where i parked for over a year, we had just got a new manager, and he decided to give me shit but there is at least 10other people that park around the same spot as i and they all got memos saying they had to move there cars but i got written up? i think they were deff ou to get me for somereason, and for the service on the car, it was the fastest car i had out the door that day? it was in at like 11 she was out before 12 on a service that is supposed to take 3hrs,

 

oh yea this all happend in a weeks time its not like i was screwing up the time i was there, when i worked i was one of the topnotch employees, never rarleyhad anycombacks all my surveys are 95% or better i worked good, but for somereason i dont know they wanted me gone, so they made some bs up at gave me the boot.when i left all the techs were furious. i was always the kid that did everything right and finished fast,i got countlesss certificates for outstanding work, and all this lead up to being fired?

 

maybe the guy was mad since i was able to afford the hottest car that honda makes! and he drives a beat up truck!

 

I've been to Baton Rouge.... it appeared ugly was a requirement to live there.

 

Damn that sucks, and im sure you worked on my car a time or two, and things were cool, the managers there are dousche, if youre good on S2ks, there will always be work for you.

 

I would just take it as a lesson learned. Some places you can bend the rules and others you can't.

Use this as a lesson to not do careless things in the future. Whatever the underlying reasons may be the fact remains that you live in a right to work state and you can get fired for basically nothing. Don't give em a reason. Just follow the rules and don't fall into that "everyone else is doing it" trap.
