Growing Taller
Hey people, I was wondering if anyone has had some sort of growth spurt past the age of 18? I read that the age for men to stop growing tall is 25 and 21 for women, but I rarely knew anyone who has experienced a similar situation.

I hit a growth spurt at 32, but it was out instead of up.

for those who really really really want to gain a few inches vertically, there is a procedure where the "physician" literally breaks your legs and then use traction to seperate the 2 peices of bones so that the new bone "scar" tissue will connect that seperation. don't know how much it costs, but i'm sure it's not a fun procedure. when i read about stuff like this, i'm so grateful that i am tall...

for the longest time, i was so worried that i would be stuck at 5'7". i'm very happy now, but i wouldn't mind going up to 6'0" - 6'2".
