Default Growing Taller

Hey people, I was wondering if anyone has had some sort of growth spurt past the age of 18? I read that the age for men to stop growing tall is 25 and 21 for women, but I rarely knew anyone who has experienced a similar situation.

I hit a growth spurt at 32, but it was out instead of up.

My spurt was 5'10 to 6'2 between 16 and 18. I added another two inches between then and my late 20's -- but I hunch so subtract a couple.

for those who really really really want to gain a few inches vertically, there is a procedure where the "physician" literally breaks your legs and then use traction to seperate the 2 peices of bones so that the new bone "scar" tissue will connect that seperation. don't know how much it costs, but i'm sure it's not a fun procedure. when i read about stuff like this, i'm so grateful that i am tall...

i guess growth hormone may work, but the problem with growth hormones is that you don't only grow taller, but you grow bigger in every way. that's why those individual with the growth hormone disorder end up looking like monsters.

don't worry about medicine. i hear that playing basketball and doing pull-ups can help you grow taller. i also make sure to drink a cup of milk each morning with a daily vitamin, i think it helped me.

for the longest time, i was so worried that i would be stuck at 5'7". i'm very happy now, but i wouldn't mind going up to 6'0" - 6'2".
