On a side note...My friend tried to visit Dubai after visiting Israel and was not permitted to enter due to the fact that he had the stamp on his passport. He was also put in a holding cell as they searched his things. When finished searching they left the room and watched him gather his clothing that was thrown all over the room.

So, uh, if their plan is to have an industry after the oil runs out, who is going to be able to afford to go? All the oil-rich Sheiks will be ruined. Sure, maybe the odd American or European, but many/most of us have zero desire to go to the ME. So who is going to go there and frop enough $$ into their economy to pay the mortgage on these hotels?
