Name some if you know some.

GT2: turn your car into an airplane

GT3: make your car fly

GT3: Make every car have certain high hp

I don't know how to do these tricks. Please help.

I think you will need a Game Shark to do most of the "hacks" in GT3.

No. You don't need a gameshark. You just get a car, change gear ratios and etc, and drive through parts of levels.

um for high HPs, thats normal fixing up... you gain a small number of horse after your initial oil change.

1.) You need a gameshark.

2.) The crazy horsepower thing sucks after a while cause everytime you tap the gas, your car spins out in a turn.

3.) The flying thing isn't really flying, it's just the front end lifting up, and it requires a light car with the ability to change aerodynamics of front and rear spoilers, and the gear ratio's. A glitch in the game makes the car's MPH/KPH go crazy cause the front end isn't on the ground.

Actually it increases for the first 2 oil changes. I always go do it right away without waiting for it needing to be changed.
