Has anyone been to...

The only thing that I'm iffy about is that I've heard that the ocean down there sometimes gets a little rough... but we'll see what happens.

It's interesting because you are at the very tip of Baja so inside of the peninsula it's usually fairly calm. If you get to the pacific side it's really rough.

Lover's beach is a great place to see the difference. On one side is the calm side and the other side is the not so peacefull pacific.

Yeah... I've been hearing mixed opinions about the water down there. The rough waters makes sense cause of the two different oceans meeting each other at the point of Cabo, so I was like... damn that would really stink. We'll see what happens though I guess.

coming from a 20 year old who was just there with a large group of other 20 year olds...

you can walk anywhere in the club/resturaunt area (its like 4 blocks), if you need food or beer buy it at a store (theres a costco in the area, a taxi can take you there, it has like 15.99 24 packs of dos equis or corona and really cheap tequila and rum), for resturaunts, the giggling marlin is fun because of the upside down shots and such, STAY OFF BACK ROADS, theres plenty of good resturaunts, and as far as clubs goes, your probably gonna wanna stay at Squid Roe the entire time, its where youre age group hangs out the most. at least me and my friends stayed there til like 3-4 every night. when we got bored there we would walk around, visit The Zoo, Cabo Wabo, etc. (any other famous bars), but we would always end up back at Squid Roe. Never buy drinks at clubs, its a rip off, you can find tiny hole in the wall bars that are like... 2 shots and 2 beers for 50 pesos (~5 bucks) and just get slammed with a good solid prefunk there then head to the major bars. DO NOT PISS IN PUBLIC EVER AT ALL as the police will make you bribe them and catch many many people for urinating in public, and of course, remember...

ALWAYS PREFUNK THE PREFUNK

oh... and go to squid roe. many.. many.. times

edit: oh also if you have a big enough group, register with your concierge for a booze cruise... that was the best thing we did the entire time there... its like a big boat with a bunch of people on it and tons of free booze (besides the registration price).

also: NEVER get in a fight... its not worth it, the police are dogs.

some of the best tacos EVER, ask for Pepe's tacos on the other side of the shopping mall.

parasailing there was cheap and fun, albeit i was scared of the mexican safety measures.
