Is He Really Eligible For This Award?
I quote from Martin Luther King's famous speech, I Have a Dream:
"I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character."
It seems to me that an award, given around the day that honors this great man, that requires a certain skin color for eligibility, tramples on his memory.

Something I'm ignorant on : How does the term "race" (as in people) relate to the term "breed" (as in dogs, cats, etc.)?
