Default HELP with spring break trip planning~~

hey everyone.

as the title states, i would like some advice and ideas for spring break trip that i'm planning with my girlfriend. i was thinking of going on a road trip for maybe 2 nights 3 days to san francisco or something. and i'd like to rent a car, more.. ideal for a road trip than my s2k.

anybody have some ideas?

budget, not too much.. maybe a few hundred bux...
about 2 ~ 3 days
somewhere relatively far from LA, CA

if u haven't done a road trip up hwy 1, the s2000 is the PERFECT car. check out a place in big sur like treebones resort.

I wish I could think about spring break...not in the cards this year I don't think.

Don't let your friends convince you to go with their group on a trip to Cancun.

Don't Pay for half up front

Don't let the travel agent run away with your money and 40 of your friends totalling around $25,000

vegas. get a cheap midweek rate at the Stratusphere for next to nothing. (It is nothing special but it is fairly clean, relatively new, and has a pool to lounge at) Take in "O", hit the clubs, have some fun, eat some nice meals.

If you want to spend more on a hotel for something better, there are tons of options, the desperate place right now seems to be Alladin. They built about four years ago and sought the upscale market but it never came so they are renting pretty cheap to pay the bills.

Leave at 7am and roadtrip up highway 1 in the S. At lunch, stop somewhere along the beach and get something to eat and relax. At dark, stop at the first cool looking city and get a room. Just go with the flow
