yea, you should get a new s2000.
you can not get mad on your husband because he doesn't let you drive more, this car is so easy to be addicted.
but I think your husband should let you drive more often since you know alot about the car. one reason why i dont want my girlfriend to drive my is because she may burn the clutch.

California Law I think states that all acquisition during the marriage is 50-50 therefore, half the car is yours and the other half is his. Does not matter who is making the payment. Demand your half, like every other spouse out there.
