Anyone ever feel like being a fatass, and order the porterhouse for 2......for 1?

I did last night.....ate all of it. Its amazing how much red meat I can eat. I think Im gonna make that the next NYC meet......

Might as well whore up this thread then....

This is a dish from the restaurant I manage in NYC..... most people local know it... L'Express.

I did a photoshoot for them last night (after which I ate everything )....these are for their website....

This is Steak Au Poivre..... (sauce on the side for photo purposes)



Also...some constructive critisism guys....since there are going on the website....based on the picture, would you eat it?

nice thick cut, preferrably ribeye, T-bone, - sprinkle of garlic salt - a few inches above some old fashion kingsford charcoal red hot - 6-7 mins a side ... any other way is just wrong..

baked potatoe all the fixens (butter, sour creme, bacon, cheese)

ice cold beer/ale (preferrably Fullers 1845 ale) - in a frosty mug
