I have bowflex at home so I do it while I watch TV. I was working something everyday for awhile, until I got my PS2. I got sort of side tracked. I ball and golf once a week, and I'll eventually get back into working out. Believe it or not I lost weight while I stopped working out. It's probably because I loss some muscle mass and a reduction in the amount of food I consume. I'm not buffed or anything, but I do like to have muscle tone.

I just carry my gym membership in my wallet. It gives me a good work out
actually, I'm getting back into it, and I still feel like Sht. I guess I should quit my pack a day habit first.

Working out and the results you want is such a personal thing, you'll never get anywhere by discussing this stuff on an internet board. It's too hands-on.

I usually just get fat, then work out and lose weight and then get fat again. it is such a vicious cycle. Right now I am in the workout period. I wake up early and go to the gym before work. usually run for about 25 minutes and then do a complete abdominal workout.

Cycle, run, swim, rollerblade, squash. 7 sessions a week at least. What's a gym? There's a whole world out there, why exercise inside?
