Get a very well written prenup, some succubus can still get to it with a poorly written one.

I dunno how it is in the great white north, but here in AMERICUH you get put in jail for that. I filed a few SAR's in my banking days. One when I watched a guy ask to open a safe deposit box, plastic bag FULL of cash (at least 10-20k), and close it. I said to myself "are you fawking serious?"

I had a buddy who was worth a lot of money. Not insanely wealthy, but inherited a few milll from his family. He was very frugal, and became fairly successful as a stock broker and made around $250k-350/ year (depending on the year). He didn't have a pre-nup.
When he saw signs of his marriage going south, he took out $10k/day from the bank each day, for several months. This was prior to the days when withdrawls of that size were required to be reported. He went to the casino with the money, played for a few minutes, and took his money home, every day. At this point he was living at his lake house and his wife was living at their city house. He boxed up the money, told a few friends that he'd lost a ton of money at the casino, in the event there was ever questioning.
Ultimately he and his wife divorced, he gave her the million dollar city house, agreed to a fantastic 6-figure alimony plus child support, and he agreed to pay all educational costs for his daughter, in addition to shared custody. In the end his wife ended up very financially strong, and he kept some of his family money to fall back on.
Nobody got screwed as the wife never had to worry about money again (to this day) despite never remarrying, his daughter graduated from university and is now in law school (paid for by him) and he continues to live comfortable in a modest, but somewhat luxurious, manner.

You're a snooper! There's no privacy anywhere, anymore??

He pulled the money out right as I opened the box for him and did it right in front of me!
