to increase the delta temp, you can also use liquid nitrogen but use a face mask as boiling N2 can splash and cause injury.

No no, re-read what I wrote. I understand that you can super chill liquids to their freezing point (and beyond) using salt in the surrounding solution. What I was saying is you could actually prevent the liquid you are chilling from freezing solid if you saturate it with salt. But the issue with that would be separating the salt from the solution after you have super-chilled it and want to consume it.
