There has been quite a bit of debate of the the Oil level in the S2000 Engine. Some have suggested that the dispsticks may not all be the same. Time to find out! Here is how I measured my dipstick:





Now find a long ruler and go measure yours! Measure it from the base of the top as shown in the first picture. Mine came out to be pretty nearly 22.5 inches. The dealer reminded me once again to make sure I keep the oil level full. This should be interesting!

mine is definitely longer than yours!

My dipstick is the same size as yours, but my HEAD is bigger

 

Haven't measured my dipstick....all I can say that it is too damn long!!! Geezuz...how deep is that engine?

On a sicker note, I'd rather not measure my stick. It's best left deep in the S2K's "wetness" *high school giggle*

I'm trying really hard to only interject a serious point to this discussion. Also measure to the top and/or bottom of the xxxx's. Mine measured to be 22 1/2, 20 13/16 to the top of the xxx's, and 21 3/8 to the bottom of the xxx's.
