I quit and changed career. Right before the dotcom boom also..

Still working now at 5:07 pm. A little break before the next patient.

90% sounds like me too. What I consider working might not same as most though

"working" to me is :

1) in a meeting
2) on teleconference
3) at customer site
4)anytime when customer is with me or on phone
5) "customer" being internal or external

to generalize, whenever I truly feel the pressure of the quarterly/annual metrics

I'd say 12 hours per day with about 30 min of downtime is my basic day.

I work about 65 hours a week right now. 11 hours a day (minimum) M-F and 10 hours on Saturday. Not too bad of a work schedule, it just sucks trying to fit in time for homework.
