I know there are various sites that can tell you average rents in a particular area.. but I'm interested in what I call the s2ki.com demographic. Typically folks who, if they're renting, have some expendable income. If you reply, please state monthly rent amount, number of bedrooms, and city/state. Thanks for your help!
