yea back a few yrs ago, some lady in LA hit some homeless guy, and according to police reports the guy was stuck on her wind shield until she got home and finally called 911 a few hrs later. People are smart, real smart.

 

Something similar happened in SF last year:

"Police were searching for three men who they believe dragged a man under their car for three city blocks.

The incident apparently began with a fight early Sunday morning near Harriet and Harrison streets in San Francisco. The victim somehow was trapped beneath the car, police say, and dragged for at least three blocks. The car reportedly stopped at one point, and the suspects tried to free the man. But police say when they couldn't get him out from under the car they got back in the vehicle and drove on to a freeway onramp.

The victim was found on the onramp. Monday, he was hospitalized in poor condition, with massive injuries including the loss of an arm and a leg.

San Francisco police say the suspects drove a 2002 or 2003 black Lexus GS 300, with black paper license plates with gold lettering and tinted windows."

Yeah, the guy was reportedly drunk. Pretty much EVERYBODY who drinks and drives is this "stupid." Happens all the time, unfortunately. It's just not that often we hear about somebody getted dragged around like this. Usually it's simply an accident, people die, end of story.
