i'm surprised that you have a card and didn't know you don't get it back...it's only good once...you let them have it and they let you go...sounds like a fair trade to me. i need to get me some more of those cards.

never heard of not getting your PBA card back... that's messed up.

ususally, an officer/detective gets 2 pba cards to give to family members/friends. it's usually enough to get someone out of a ticket with a warning or something. thankfully, i have yet to use mine, but when i do, i plan on getting it back and ASKING for it. i bet the cop that took it gave it to his friend or something.
