LOL, Maybe Dell? Because Everytime I call Dell the Rep's name is either John, Nancy, or Bob.
I think it may have been Dell.....

I then asked her what time it was since they are a zillion miles from here..... she did not enjoy our conversation....

I think i saw somewhere that they train the people to use american slang to sound more american..... so they watch the simpsons? Ayyykarumba......

For those that haven't seen this clip, it's worth it.

Sorry to hear about your experience, mav. But just out of curiosity, what's the new promo? I'm paying $45/month for BellSouth DSL right now, and that seems a bit high...

New price is $35.

BTW I called back, spoke to an American lady and she hooked it up.

Nice! Hook me up with the digits, homeslice (the American lady, NOT the Indian).

Boo hoo, so you had a difficult time speaking to someone from a foreign culture, how do you think you're saving that $10 a month?

Actually I was paying $60 and its not about saving $25 or speaking to some guy from a foreign culture. Its about the company who hired the guy from a foreign culture who doesn't speak English to do customer service with American/English speaking customers.

Its actually more about a funny story.

I know AMEX is India during the night hours. It's ok to me since I hear other companies use prisoners. I wouldn't want to be giving sensitive material over the phone to a convict. What cracks me up are the names they use. "Hel-o, mie name iz Josh Vwilson, how may eI be of seRvize to yoo sirrr?"
