I believe most of the problems vegetarians have with looking sick and emaciated is that MOST dont eat enough fat and protien which negates their ability to absorb any vitamins

you can eat all the vitamin rich vegetables and supplements you want, if you dont ingest some fat it will never get past your stomach wall

Do not, I repeat, do not think about having a vegi-burger tasting at the next Dragon.

Veggie corn dogs and riblets. Covered with enough unhealthy crap to mask the vegetables....

My GF is a vegetarian. She dated a vegan once and he had vegan friends and even she thought they were a bit extreme. C'mon now, not even any dairy products? WTH is up with that? She has boxes of " The Original Garden Burgers" in the freezer and I have to admit that when she's fryin' 'em up in the pan, they smell pretty good. However, when she offers to cook me one, I'd still rather have a real burger. Only I ave to cook it myself.........on the grill.

She also doesn't look malnourished or emaciated. You guys know that song by Deadeye Dick? Yeah, she's my new age girl.
