Doesn't soy increase estrogen in men while red meat and poultry increases testosterone?

I have been a vegetarian since the 6th grade and I am now currently 20, and from my experiences as long as you choose the correct vegetarian diet (lots of vegetables, peanuts or tofu to replace the protein in meat) and not just junk-food, it can be a very healthy way of life. I actually lost 25 pounds by becoming vegitarian, and also gained more muscle with regular exorcize. As for the whole getting sick thing, I get sick maybe once or twice a year for maybe at most a week, but even then I think that the fact that I smoke about a pack a day might have something to do with that. As for my reasoning, I save about 35.7 animals a year. And in my life I have and will save about 2,000 more in my life. But to kind of get back to the main topic of this thread, homemade is the best lol

"exorcize", if you are talking about working out, it's "exercise"
