He's beautiful! I bet he's HUGE if he's got wolf in him!

SHE is < 70 pounds, but runs the backyard! Think she is red, not timber wolf, but we don't know. She wasn't wanted anymore by a family either. Can't imagine not having her around!

Adopting adult dogs is a crap shoot supposedly. We have been incredibly lucky.

Man... I was looking for another dog. Never thought about a samoyed.... Is it hard to find one thats mixed with wolf? I know its illegal to breed dogs with wolves... just curious if its a common thing in CO....

Your dogs are damn cute!

Out here at least breeding dogs and wolves, or selling wolves as pets(had a friend with a 90% plus timber - HUGE!) is a town or city regulation. There are samoyed rescue leagues (just try a search or look in you local newspaper)- they are such wonderful dogs. If you want the name of our's breeder, send a pm. We got in touch with them - they had "lost" Q-zar for four years. We correspond regularly now. They were SO happy to know he was loved! If you have no luck with the rescue search, pm as well! I truly believe dogs that are "rescued" understand they are being given a second chance, and are amazing companions!
