Karma. Remember Karma. You wouldn't want some guy moving in on your woman. If she goes for it then you know what she's all about anyway.
On the other hand!
In a very smooth and non threatening way, praise her and let her know that IF she were not involved, that she is your kind of woman. The woman of your dreams. Nothing wrong with praise that is respectful of the here and now. Just let her know that any time she finds herself unhappy, that you are there. Let her know she can talk to you. Let her vent. They love to vent. Listen. Don't try to fix it. We have to fix. They don't want us to fix. They want us to listen. If she vents on you, you're already halfway there.

Any man not prepared to make a fool for himself for a woman should stay on the porch. It's every man's god-given duty to make an ass of himself at least once per decade for a woman. Hell, I once spent $1300 on a plane ticket to Spain to spend ONE night with my Barcelona girlfriend...I missed her THAT much. Four months later, we ended it. Looking back, most would think that was stupid but man alive, what a memory! IOW, take a dip into the plasma pool!
Just because a woman has a boyfriend shouldn't prevent another man from confessing his feelings for her. It's HER call after that. Way too many variables though for any of us to give good advice. Maybe she loves the attention. Maybe the guy is a dirtbag and she's one of those "healers" who thinks she is the one who can "change" him, maybe she likes the attention of every guy within a 20 block city radius, maybe she's shy and stays with the guy while waiting for the BBD (bigger and better deal).
No sense spending the next year or two fretting over it. Talk to her. Friendships aren't ruined by conversation, only actions.

Most of you are talking about what EVO VII can do to GET HER.
I mean heck, I am not from a religious sect or anything, but does anyone else want to tell him just don't do it, regardless of what the circumstances?

Some of ya'll are feeling for the boyfriend but for a moment, look into the future. Put yourself in the place of the "boyfriend." If she does get a few minutes alone with Evo and she decides his mojo is worth pursuing, being the boyfriend, I'd be relieved to have found out sooner, rather than 10 years later with a small child and a bus load of lawyers in the picture. 
Don't get me wrong, a good woman is always worth going out on a limb for but "pursuing" and "chasing" can often bring opposite results. Women aren't attracted to "needy" guys and when they sense one, they'll turn into a metro bus which, as we all know, when chased down, usually still leaves you behind.
Let her know how you feel and leave it at that. Let her make the next move.
