Incredible.. I can't believe this is legal..
It looks like the servers are located in a foreign country, meaning it isn't illegal for them to host it, but it is illegal for you to download it. In their user agreement it states: "The user bears sole responsibility for any use and distribution of all materials received from AllOFMP3.com. This responsibility is dependent on the national legislation in each user's country of residence. The Administration of AllOFMP3.com does not possess information on the laws of each particular country and is not responsible for the actions of foreign users."

I can't believe nobody has mentioned MIRC or torrents yet. These destroy limewire and Kazaa type programs when it comes to finding whole albums or obscure stuff.

I'm a big fan of allofmp3.... though lately I've been using bittorrent and find it to be pretty amazing. You can seriously find anything on there.
