I-Pod...Best place to down load music...
i use morpheus... I used to use Ares, or Kazaa lite, but someone told me about this site and songs d'l in less than a minute. Its amazingly fast and free. The only songs that didn't d'l that quick were the super random songs that just about nobody has heard, but even then, the d'l would take 3 mins.

It looks like the servers are located in a foreign country, meaning it isn't illegal for them to host it, but it is illegal for you to download it. In their user agreement it states: "The user bears sole responsibility for any use and distribution of all materials received from AllOFMP3.com. This responsibility is dependent on the national legislation in each user's country of residence. The Administration of AllOFMP3.com does not possess information on the laws of each particular country and is not responsible for the actions of foreign users."
P.S. I don't mind paying $0.09 per song or $0.99 per album if the interface is clean, easy to use, and cataloged--combine that with the retarded amounts of incomplete files and fake downloads you get when using Limewire, and voila, there is a demand for this service.

this is a common misconception. It is illegal to share music, or sell it without some form of royalty going to the publisher. It is not illegal to purchase music, even from foreign countries. allofmp3.com and mp3search.ru are pissing alot of people off; people *think* they are not paying royalties to the music labels they are selling songs from--and authorities in Russia have been trying to shut down those sites for a looooong time. But as a consumer, if you are paying for a service, you assume that the product you are paying for is legal and are not knowingly doing anything wrong.
