Weighted in at 212. I'd like to get down to 170 and I have two months to do it.
Currently my plans are to starve myself and only drink water. Sounds foolproof to me
But when that doesn't work, what's a good way to lose a lot of weight relatively fast.

do the Lemon Cleanse. you will lose weight and it's good for you!! i have two friends doing it now and i've heard it works and you feel great.

This just sounds absurd. Youre supposed to drink this lemon juice mix for 10 days straight w/o eating anything? I appreciate it may have all the vitamins and minerals you need but how would you not stave to death in the meantime?

42 lbs in two weeks is extremely unhealthy unless you are obese, which you are not. I wouldn't attempt to lose more than 24 lbs in that time frame. Eat 1500 calories per day, go lift weights, and do interval training (sprint 30 sec, jog 30 sec, sprint, job for 5 min and work up to 15 min). That's the only good way.
or just drink lemonade .. because everyone knows all the body needs is vitamins and minerals. Jesus why don't we just drop powdered crystal lite lemonade over 3rd world countries.. they could mix it with river water and feed everyone for ever.
