Cut the drinking out.

hehe

I remember last year when I was on a business trip with my ex-boss (I left the company end of 2007) over in Rio de Janeiro.

We went off to a shopping mall for the entire day (a huge ass mall, we had to buy some local bikini's for our women back at home).

My boss is a little overweight, but he loves his alcohol (as do I... ahem).

Anyway, we just told each other that seeing as we'll be walking around all day long, we can drink a beer every 30 minutes or so

So we spent some 8 or 9 hours, checking out all the shops, eating at TGIF, watched a movie, and of course we downed copious amounts of alcohol, all in the knowledge that since we were walking around, it was ok for us to drink as we were burning calories

why don't you try cycling, swimming, running, or some cardio workouts? it maybe hard to push yourself to maintain this for 2 months, but hardwork pays off. you wont get too far being lazy or trying to cut corners.

(healthy heart/muscle growth/fat lose + weight loss) > (starving + weight loss)

Run with a trash bag suit! I have lost about ~10 lbs by just cutting down on sweets and drinking water. Went from 145-134 lbs or so. The only thing is now my clothes do not fit anymore.
I hope your like around 5ft tall and a girl trying to loose that weight. That doesn't seem bad to me at all if you are in the 5'5" range though.
