Here are my theories on your old lady, and how you should handle it.

1. She's hot as hell and freak-nasty....You should do all those nasty things you see in high dollar $$$$$$ to her and then get rid of her once you've had enough.

2. She's hot as hell but a prude....You should take her to a ghetto bar, get her hammered, and leave her there. She'll learn some manners.

3. She's ugly and it doesn't matter what the sex is like....Get rid of her and nail her best friend.

 

Sounds like the physical health and home environment are two separate things. Like other people suggested, perhaps she just doesn't want to go skydiving? Ask her - let her know if she doesn't want to, that's ok (assuming you're not planning on pressuring her into it ).

As far as the house stuff goes....Are you in this for the long haul or is this relationship something to keep your sex life active. If it's the latter, I'm sure it's not worth the frustration. If it's the former, understand that this will likely only be the beginning of issues with potential in-laws. And accept the fact that you can't change them.
