If you wrote this book well, I think it would be successful. You are basically exposing the airline industry while providing entertaining stories.
However, whistleblowers always get screwed in the end. Therefore, I really think it must be anonymous, although with some basic details (your home hub and airline) I am sure the airline will figure out who wrote the book.
You should do it, but you need professional help to avoid getting screwed for lack of a better term, and more importantly reaping the maximum financial benefits!

As a 28 y/o airline pilot, I'd be more interested in reading how you:
Military? For how long?
Acquired enough hours prior to your PPL
What age you acquired your PPL
How many hours it took to receive your multi endorsement
How you went about jet cert
How many years you flew commuters
What age you began flying jets
What type of aircraft you fly now & your TT
What's your education?
