Default Importdevelopment.net ripped me off!!!!!!

I ordered some Spoon stuff when Richard Ming was still in charge of the company and never received it. I e-mailed them once a month for the last 5 months (this was ordered about a year ago) and received one e-mail from them stating that they would send the products out or refund my money.
I am out one Spoon Steering Wheel and two Spoon Silver Shift Knobs. It has been 4 months and they seem to be ignoring my e-mails. I am very distraught over this, it has been too long. If this is how they deal with their loyal customers that had no problems when Richard was in control then I am appauled and will tell everyone I know not to shop through them.

So be wary about buying from them, seems after Richard left they went shady!

The new owner has contacted me and is in the process of getting it resolved.

Thanks, it seems that the people from www.jspek.com knew how to get ahold of him! I really appreciate everyone's help!
