In terms of running (I never "jog"), one mile is not enough.
try to run a litter further each time, even if it's only 100 feet
and remember to try to run faster.

Go to the Allen Brothers Steaks site, and pick out what you want to eat when your veggy craze is over...

If you don't mind me asking how come you're going vegetarian?

No offense intended to anyone but humans have canine teeth for a reason, we are omnivores.

Hey Rich,
why don't you run more and eat whatever you want? The more you run the more meat you're allowed to eat

Exactly, a balanced, healthy diet does not NEED to exclude meat..... you just need to be careful what you eat.....

no, i don't mind - i'm buddhist (but i usually only eat vegetarian on the 1st and 15th of each lunar month), and so's my mother, and she asked me to do a two-week vegetarian diet in order to pray to bodhisattva and ask for her compassionate help in my personal problems.

i love meat, don't get me wrong. i'm doing it for my mother's peace of mind.
