I've been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome???
Don't underestimate the value of a new bed!
The other thing is do you get any excercise? I sleep better and generally do everything better when I'm into regular excercise. A stepper/climber type piece of equipment or something similar is all you really need, and you only need a few minutes a day. The important thing is to to get your heart and lungs working a little harder which oxygenates your whole system. Don't go mad at it ! Bikes are fun too.

A few year ago, I got lime (lyme?) disease. I got the tick bite while riding trails on my
mountain bike (Cannondale). Well two weeks later I felt like crap. I felt tired, feverish
and the worst headaches of my life. After ten days on antibiotics I felt 100%.

My best Christmas present was a Martha Stewart Buckwheat Pillow!!
Seriously, great support, doesn't get hot like some of the foam type pillows and I'm able to totally relax.
If that doesn't help, increase sex by a factor of 12! It won't cure you, but at least you'll have a darn good excuse for being tired!

We've got a local doctor that is on the leading edge of diagnosis and treatment. He was one of the first to start treating rheumatoid arthritis with long term antibiotics - curing the disease!
Check out his web page. He has many references to chronic fatigue and believes it is usually caused by something else. In many cases it is caused by an infection that requires long term (couple of months) antibiotics. He has cured people with the syndrome.

He has many articles, with references to medical journals, on his web page. Just do a search on fatigue.
