Once again thanks alot everyone

I do excersice, And hadn't even thought of not working or reducing any of my activities, its just that general feeling of tiredness, achyness, etc.

I did have mono when I was 16, but 2 Dr.'s have told me it wasn't a reacurance of it.

I've also tried increasing my sex factor, just made my cheeks hurt from smiling too much

I spoke with a few people today about the sleep studies, and am trying to get into a program, this apnea thing seems to be on my mind lately..It kinda makes sense.
Though I'm pretty sure I don't have narcolepsy, at least as I know it in the Ace Bigalo movie version. I've never fallen asleep after I'm up for 20 minutes. though I will sit up in bed, and then wake up 20 minutes later with a kinked neck and such.

Thanks for all the help and links..Good thing I'm not a hypochondriac, or I'd be pretty sure I was aflicted with all these things
Mike

Mindcore,

You should also be aware that fatigue is the symptom of many cardiovascular, neurological and autoimune diseases. If you have pains in your neck, shoulder, arms, tinglingn, numbness, loss of strength, or if the fatigue is worse when you get hot, could be serious.

Don't mean to scare you, but you need to have these things looked at.

Good luck!!

Ughh there should just be one magic pill that cures all, that would make me, and the rest of the world alot happier.

Let me put it this way..
The way I look here
<----
Is the way I feel, 90% of the time. Scarry eh?

I've read all the sites, including the CDC.

I have been going to doctors for months, trying to figure out why I feel so crappy all the time. By method of deduction it would seem that this is what I have.

One of those desease's that is defiantly there, but doesn't really show on any test.

Aren't there any doctors on this board?

Wait, it looks like we have a whole bunch in this thread!

Hope you figure it out... Does caffeine help?

No, I don't drink or eat anything with caffine. I found out long ago I feel much better having dropped it. Though the kick everyone talks about in the morning sure make me envious.

I was kinda hoping for the Apnea, since its seems to be something "real" and curable. Yet I don't snore, never have, Kinda drops the odds a little bit..

Oh well, I'll be better soon ( positive thinking )

You guys ( girls ) are the best!!

Sleep apnea is not always accompanied by snoring. It can be very similar to infants who occasionally forget to breath.
