The ABC coverage was horrendous. Jason wasn't too bad though. I wonder if cleaned up his act after trashing his Porsche Tubo a couple of years ago while driving intoxicated.

 

When I originally saw that Jason Preistly was part of the team covering the race I thought he would really suck. Little did I know that he'd be the best of the bunch. Eddie Cheever just kept saying the same things over and over and over. And that quote from Jenkins: "and here's the battle between Hakkinen and... ::long awkward pause:: that other car". That was just too funny.

 

The ABC coverage was pretty bad. I remember watching it and commenting on how bad it was. Some of the camera shots were pretty questionable too. If they really did get the feed from F1, it wasn't shot very well.

I remember one scene where there was a crash, but they only brifely flashed to it. Didn't even show if the car recovered or not. The camera work was pretty bad.
