Dunno, try Ebay. If you want some used water ski's I would suggest trying a wakeboard. Much more fun and versitile IMHO.

But pulling someone with a jet ski is not that much fun. The jetski does not weigh enough (even though it may have enough power) and the jet ski has no skeg. Anytime someone in tow goes outside whatever small wake the watercraft creates it yanks the back end of the jet ski out. The jet ski just can't put up a fight and keep a straight line if anything over 120 pounds is slaloming behind it. The little jet boats are not much better.

Go with a stand-up. There's a learning curve, but once you get it down it's a lot more fun.

Not me, but it's really easy to get air.

That may have been true with the older models, but the new turbo/supercharged models had no problem getting my 250lb friend up on skis and a wakeboard. The only negative is the small wake.

i don't know about your area but it's a lot cheaper just to rent them and not have to worry about maintenance and having to transport/load into the water. i had a jet ski a while back, $3,000 used, went about five days a week for a year. most people on average only go out a few times a year anyways (unless of course you are in a warm climate). the break-even point for the average person may take many years to recoup (deducting $100 per hour of usage by comparing to a public rental). personally i don't think it's cost effective to own unless you're a pure aficionado that goes almost daily and/or are into the high powered super/turbocharged models/kits.
