Just test drove a RSX Type S....its fast!
well in that case, it's really slow!.. j/k..not that slow but i mean when they first came out with 200hp, i thought they were going to be a helluva lot faster than a 7.7 0-60mph car...pls correct me if i'm wrong..

The sport shift Preludes run in the 7's 0-60.
I'm starting to wonder if the rsx type s would make more sense for me as a daily driver...fwd, $10k less, decent stereo, better warranty...? It's been so long since I test drove the s2k, the wait is blurring my recollections, I gotta find another dealer who'll let me test one again. In the mean time, I'll look forward to test drive impressions from current s2k owners. Help me out here.
I smell a troll.... He is trying to make us feel bad. Good try dude. It won't work, i just came from a drive in my s2k,
, and NO the RSX is not comparable to the s2k. It is a better comparisin for the current type R and it would still fall short.
BTW, the RSX will be about half way in performance between the current type R and and the prelude. That puts it, with a good driver, in the 0-60 in 6.3-6.5 range and a 1/4 mile in about 14.5-14.8. As for track, it would probably once again fall between the lude and the Type R in things such as braking and handling. The car is built to please the masses, oit is not a serious sports car, any car that comes with those michelins ISN'T either. The RSX type R however will be a step up on the current R definately.
As for the lude, the base models are actually quicker, they dyno higher and weigh less and they can do 6.5s with a good driver.
