If I understand your architecture correctly, you simply have 2 pipes coming into your office, one cable one dsl. DSL is for the servers, cable is for regular use. These two connections are in no way connected to each other, so what you see from your cable connection should be what I see from the Internet??

If that's the case, this should be simple. I am trying to connect to your ftp server right now and it appears my packets are just being dropped. I can't even ping your system. I'm trying to get to ftp.ifd.com through 4 different pipes and no luck.

Packets are being dropped by 216.43.152.65 (zzz-216043152065.splitrock.net)

I don't think anything is wrong with your server...this appears to be a routing issue.

Weird, can you reach www.ifd.com ??? That's the same DSL connection, just a different server and IP # (.222 instead of .221, my range is .218 to .222).

Do you mean the packets are not reaching my server?
I can reach www.ifd.com with no problems.

Yes, it appears .65 (which appears to be a netopia dsl router) is dropping all packets to .221

yup, contact your provider. something is obviously screwed up! You're seeing (from your cable modem) the exact same thing I'm seeing from 2 different T1's and 2 different cable connections.

Can you ftp into the server from your cable modem?
