Why didn't anyone mention Abreva? I think that it's the best, but it's $17 and I haven't tried it.

P.S. Someone try it and tell me was it worth $17.

Abreva is mainly used to cure cold sores. Probably the best stuff for it, but for $17, it better be damn good. As for lip balm, check out Kiehl's products. Their speciality is facial products, and the lip balm instantly softens and moistens your lips within 5-10 min of contact. It can be had at Neiman Marcus, and some of the other top end department stores.
