It was totally off for me. I found my purchase listed there, it was exactly one year off on the purchase date. In addition, the assigned value was so high I almosted laughed

Oooh I got on now.

Values were way off in my area too - But they were WAAAAY undervalued in my case. Prices the service listed were at LEAST 50% to 100% too LOW in my area compared to current values. Neat idea though! Execution just needs some fine tuning.

The values they had were 1/3 the value on my home and less than a third on my 2-family...

waaaaay off. says my dads house is 300k and he got it for 800k, and that was like 6-7 years ago too.

It says it doesn't support Safari so I could care less if the values are good.

If a site wants my business it will cater to everyone, not just a select few
