Heres my assessed value

I'm offering a free service of which I may or may not generate a small amount of money from advertising the money spent and the resulting limited features of my site so that someone that is too lazy to open IE <20% (your site must be catering to morons) isn't cost effective.

Do you advertise an national TV when you're a local shoe repair man?

Note those numbers are real numbers generated from a miarad of sites not a small web site. I'd be interested in s2ki numebers.

Sorry to say, while your site might cater to idiots, the rest of the real world are getting numbers like this.

I will cater to anyone who has the money to spend. Like I said I, and other business men, don't care your color, age, sexual perversion, IQ or anything else except do you have the desire for my product and the money to spend. After all that is what paid for my S2000.

Every product or service has a different mix of potential customers a savvy person will find out their needs and make it easy on them.

As far as idiots, if you call the average person looking for a house and financing to buy it an idiot, well then so be it.

Do you own a house? Do you ever hope to buy one? Do you think you are an idiot for wanting one or buying one? I didn't think so. Most of the people buying homes don't have time to spend mucking about on their computers. They want easy access with minimum fuss and hassle. They aren't unique. As to operating system of choice I'd liek to say my customers are more connoisseurs instead of herd animals.

My customers are my customers. I can't change them and wouldn't want to. All I need to do is cater to them - if I want their money.

BTW I like your pic. It's a shame it isn't just a little clearer.

No, I will actually say the average joe blow in america is an idiot. After a couple years in the food industry, few years in retail, and now a few years in a management position - Yes most people are idiots - period, no questions asked. They are also lazy bums that have no ambition to do anything themselves.

Just curious, I'm in the natural stone business.

Back on topic.

Site listed only the town's tax appraisal value for my neighborhood, which has little bearing on what the houses would actually sell for. Not to mention that the appraisal is several years old. It is interesting to note that my street is a dividing line between two towns and the appraisal values were significantly different from my side of the street to the other side. I think their appraisals are even older than mine.

WAY off on the value of our beach house. About 1/2 the price of reality. But close on another house.
