Michael Vick
All black people do not support Vick or rally behind Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson. Matter of factly, most don't. Most just stay quiet about how they feel because they are hesitant to be lumped into any group by others who want to label them as 'ignorant' and 'claiming the man is holding them down'. So they just don't say anything, especially those in corporate settings. Because they have too much to lose.
so... the stance I take? no stance.
sorry vick, I'm not standing up for you. I don't really care that much about dogs, either.
as for the jena 6 kids... sorry, not standing up for you. I don't know enough facts, and while I do know that the district attorney in that area was Not By Any Means in the clear, as far as wrongdoing on his part, you can't beat people up and not expect severe punishment. Glad I didn't give any money, either, because the way it was spent was Real Shady. Shouldn't the white and black kids just been punished the same anyway, as they were both fighting each other and jumping each other whenever they could(whenever one group had more numbers than the other). Stupidity.
