Last night as I was getting into my car I noticed a goddamned cigarette burn on my plastic rear window. Rather than try and figure out how this happened and wish this moron would have a lit cigarette shoved into this person's eyes, I have to ask a question:

How much is a new plastic rear window?

Can I replace the plastic rear window with a glass one, and if so, how much?

I don't know how much the window will cost.

I think a few people have replaced the plastic window with a glass but I'm not sure if they had to replace the whole top. If memory serves me correct, the braces inside the top of my '02 look a little different than those in my '01 did.

Sorry for your bad luck. Some people really go out of their way to be a-holes. I believe in karma so hopefully, they'll get theirs.

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. I think you can just replace the window, but i'm not sure. I remember reading about someone pulling off the seals to reveal a zipper of some sort. Again I may be wrong.
