They do have that foot massage, foot reflexology or pressure therapy I think it's called, here in the states. My friends mom did it for a long time. Don't know if she still does, she got sick so she may have had to leave it. But she is no young Chinese girl. She supplies the therapy only. Many friends and people that went to her did confirm relaxation and at times, yes feeling better of illments by her reaching those areas thru the feet. I thought it was some weird stuff at first. I never tried it. And she said sexual stimulation was possible if targeting the right areas. I can see the swarms of people going and trying to learn this now.

They will tell you to go "take a shower" at the sauna department. cost varies, but usually less than USD$100 for full service and happy ending. I know this because we have Japanese customers who do want happy ending when they visit the factory, and I need to make sure they don't get ripped so I must personally make sure of the service attitude and costing.
