Your left arm is actually weaker, and thus it won't lower the weight all the way down like your right arm. It remains stiff (antagonist muscles stimulated) to support the weight because it can't do so if you let the weight drop.
Maybe dumbell presses would help, but I am not sure.
Or drop the weight and focus on symmetry on your presses.
But that is a lot for your size. I am impressed.

That's pretty good. The most I ever benched was 315 when I was 155lbs.
When I was in Hawaii I watched a Samoan guy bench 405 4-5 times and the wheels where chiming on the bar like a chandeler. It was impressive.

bravo for the lift enhanced or not.
Congrats on the lift man! I haven't maxed out in a long time. I usually just do a pyramid set (5 sets of 5) Start at 185 and go up to 225 then come back down. It'd be content with 3 plates on both sides. I'd imagine I can only put up 250 for a one rep max. BTW I'm 20 y/o at ~185. I'm deffinately not "Big" by any standards.
I used to push it heavy in my younger years but have backed off now. That's nice weight, any time your 2x body weight, that's humping it. But to keep increasing, you'll probably have to switch up your workout to a lighter phase for a while then switch back to your heavy phase. Your body tends to get used to a routine after a while and hits a wall. Lighter weights w/higher reps and the 3 d's (dumbells, declines and dips) helped me break thru to the next level.

Very nice lift. What supplements are you taking?
My max was 345 in the fall. Only thing I take is NO-Xplode, but have been cutting back and trying to do cardio. I drink too much beer and gotta get in shape for my trip in a month. I'm 22 btw.

ill be 22 in a week. so 7 years and 60lbs of body weight more, is what it took me to finally hit that.
thats 2 hours a day at the gym. 4-5 days a week. 175-200 grams of protein a day, minimal sugar and only good carbs.
strict diet will net you increadable gains. most people are too lazy to eat healthy and just rather TRY the gym for a few months then quit.
i took ando back when i was in high school, bought it at GNC. since the pro hormone ban a few years ago, iv been natural.
so think what you want, i could careless. but dont trash my thread because you dont have the dedication to bust your ass off for 7 years..
and and fyi, look up you tube... theirs plenty of people my age or younger and close to my size. throwing up 400-500lbs.
